What is a home clearing?
Much like our homes accumulate dirt and debris when they are not cleaned, energetic "dirt and debris" can also build up. In this context, the energy that can build up is often mental and emotional energy. If you have ever gone into a room where people were just arguing, you may have felt the anger or frustration from the argument and needed to leave the room. Likewise, our homes can accumulate a lot of energy over time that can become stagnant. This is especially the case if there has been persistent stress or trauma for an extended period of time. Stale energy affects the overall feel of the home and has the potential to negatively influence those who live in it. A home clearing can "sweep" this type of energy away and create a lighter, cleaner feel. Rosalyn and Van have developed their abilities to be able to identify stagnant or problematic energy and move it out.
Do you clear entities within a home?
There are a number of reasons why a person or family may be experiencing paranormal activity within a home. It is also important to understand that there are different types of 'entities'. Not everything felt is a 'ghost' or human spirit. Moreover, not everything is what people may label as 'demonic'. If you are to clear a potential entity from a home, it is important to identify what it is you are dealing with and how it got there. Also, homes can have a number of different types of entities or energies residing within them or just passing by. Some situations are livable while others are not. Rosalyn and Van can determine what entities are present and create a best plan of action.
Isn't saging my home enough?
How often should I clear my home?
The practice of saging has been around for thousands of years and is cross-cultural. It can be a helpful energetic maintenance tool for the home. However, we have found through experience that it may not be the only effective method of clearing a home - especially if there is an issue.
When Rosalyn and Van work on clearing your home, they will also give you additional tips and suggestions for energy maintenance.
This is situation dependent. There isn't a rule of thumb when it comes to clearing a home. Different factors play into how often a space should be cleared such as:

how often visitors come and go

what household members are going through personally

home renovations

how well household members are managing their energy

If you are needing your home/space/business energetically cleared, both Rosalyn and Van will set aside time to do this together.
Reasons for requesting this service:

The minimum amount of time this will take will be about 2 hours (it can take more depending on size of the location). You do NOT need to be in the DFW area to request this service.
Cost: starts at $300 for 4K square footage or less
We will require pictures/blueprint (IE. Zillow) of the home/location. Once the clearing is completed, you will receive an email with findings and what was done.
Onsite
This service is for homes located in the DFW area. This may be the service of choice if you are experiencing paranormal activity within your home.
What may be included in this service depending on the situation:

Cost: starts at $750 due to travel time
We will require pictures/blueprint (IE. Zillow) of the home/location.
Total work time is situation dependent. Please note: Onsite energy clearings often require us to block off an entire work day.
